• ทริป ALIST SKIN I Beach You x Anda-Lookkeawจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 16-17 กันยายน 2567 เป็นเวลา 2 วัน 1 คืน สู่หัวหิน จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 

• การเดินทางโดยรถยนต์ที่ทีมงาน ALIST SKIN เป็นผู้จัดหาให้ โดยเริ่มต้นเดินทางที่ จ.กรุงเทพมหานคร และสิ้นสุดการเดินทางที่จ.กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยจะมีการเที่ยวและพักผ่อนในสถานที่ วัน และเวลา ตามที่ทีมงานกำหนด โดยทีมงานจะทำการนัดหมาย

• สถานที่พัก โรงแรม ณ อ.ชะอำ จ.เพชรบุรี จำนวน 1 คืน 

• ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการนำกล้องถ่ายภาพใดๆ รวมถึงกล้องโพลารอยด์ กล้องถ่ายวีดีโอ เครื่องเล่น MP3 และ แท็บเล็ตทุกชนิด รวมไปถึงอุปกรณ์เสริมสำหรับถ่ายภาพใดๆ ที่สามารถถ่ายหรือบันทึกภาพได้ทั้งภาพนิ่ง ภาพเคลื่อนไหว หรือเสียง เข้าร่วมทริปโดยเด็ดขาด

• ผู้ร่วมทริปสามารถนำโทรศัพท์มือถือที่มีขนาดไม่เกิน 7 นิ้วเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้เท่านั้น

• ของรางวัลไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด และไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้ ผู้อื่นได้​​ โดยหากผู้ได้รับรางวัลไม่สามารถเดินทางได้ จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ในทุกกรณี

• บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายในเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดจากสายการบิน ภัยธรรมชาติ ปฏิวัติและอื่นๆ ที่อยู่  นอกเหนือการควบคุมของทางบริษัทฯ หรือค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมที่เกิดขึ้นทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม เช่น การเจ็บป่วย, การถูกทำร้าย, การสูญหาย, ความล่าช้า หรือจากอุบัติเหตุต่าง

• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขและสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

รายละเอียดและกติกาสำหรับ Lucky Fan สำหรับ Exclusive Video Call วันที่ 16 กันยายน 2567 เวลา 16:00 น. 

• กิจกรรม Exclusive Video Call ในวันที่ 16 กันยายน 2567 เวลาประมาณ 16:00 น. โดย 1 รายชื่อจะได้รับสิทธิ์ Video Call กับอันดา-ลูกแก้ว จำนวน 2 นาที โดยจะเรียงลำดับการ Call จากรายชื่อที่ 1 ไปจนถึงรายชื่อที่ 5 ตามลำดับ 

• กิจกรรม Video Call จะเริ่มตั้งแต่เวลา 16.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ตามลำดับ หากติดต่อ 2 ครั้งแล้วไม่มีการตอบรับ จะติดต่ออีก 1 ครั้งหลังจากวิดีโอคอลกับผู้โชคดีท่านอื่นทั้งหมดเสร็จสิ้นและหากยังติดต่อไม่ได้ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกเลิกสิทธิ์ทันที

• Shipping:

1. For domestic shipping within Thailand, orders will be delivered within 3 days after completion.

• Enjoy free shipping for orders of 500 baht or more per order.

• A shipping fee of 30 baht applies for orders less than 500 baht per order.

1. For international shipping:

• You can place your order via Facebook, Instagram, or Line OA. ALIST SKIN will ship the products after the campaign ends on August 20, 2024. Our team will summarize the total order amount, including shipping costs based on the destination country, to proceed with shipping.

• If you are a Top Spender, ALIST SKIN will deliver your products on the day of the event in Thailand.

Benefits for Top 20 Spenders:

• The Top Spender (No. 1-2) will receive a film camera with photos taken by Anda-Lookkaew, including signatures on the film camera. 

• The Top Spenders (No. 1-5) will join the activity and receive a special gift from Anda-Lookkaew. 

• The Top Spenders (No. 1-20) will receive a signed Polaroid photo from Anda-Lookkaew, along with a photo taken with the main team camera.

Benefits for 5 Lucky Fans:

• 5 Lucky Fans will receive an exclusive video call with Anda-Lookkaew, where one fan will have a 2-minute video call with Anda-Lookkaew. 

• 5 primary winners and 5 reserve winners will be drawn. 

• The exclusive video call will be held on September 16, 2024, at 4:00 PM through channels specified and operated solely by the company.

• Top Spender customers can submit their receipts to enter the Lucky Fan draw. However, if a customer qualifies for both Lucky Fan and Top Spender rights, the Lucky Fan rights will be forfeited, and the next Lucky Fan will be selected.

Remark:

• The decision of ALIST SKIN and the team is final and cannot be disputed.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, changed, or transferred to others. If the winner is unable to travel, it will be considered a waiver of rights in all cases.

• Winners must confirm their rights by sending their full name (as per ID card or Passport), phone number, and Line ID to the ALIST SKIN Facebook Fanpage via message by August 28, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Failure to do so will be considered a waiver of rights.

• In the event that the accumulated purchase amount for the Top Spenders is equal, the right will be reserved for the person who completed their purchase first, based on the time of receipt submission via Google Form.

• Free shipping is available only to addresses within Thailand. For international shipping, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs, fees, and any applicable taxes.

• The winner agrees to allow the company to use their name, picture, and other details for promotional purposes as the company sees fit, without prior notice and without any compensation.

• The company reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and benefits without prior notice.

• By participating in this activity, all participants are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to comply with the rules without any objections.

Details and Rules for Top Spender Joining the 

ALIST SKIN I Beach You x Anda-Lookkaew 2 Days 1 Night Trip on September 16-17, 2024:

• The ALIST SKIN I Beach You x Anda-Lookkaew trip will be held on September 16-17, 2024, for 2 days and 1 night in Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.

• Travel will be provided by the ALIST SKIN team, starting and ending in Bangkok. The itinerary will include sightseeing and relaxation at specified locations and times, as arranged by the team.

• Accommodation will be at a hotel in Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province, for one night.

• Participants are not allowed to bring any cameras, including Polaroid cameras, video cameras, MP3 players, tablets, or any photography accessories capable of recording still images, motion pictures, or sounds. These items are strictly prohibited during the trip.

• Participants may only bring a mobile phone no larger than 7 inches.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, changed, or transferred to others. If the winner cannot travel, it will be considered a waiver of rights in all cases.

• The company reserves the right to change some travel details in the event of unavoidable force majeure.

• If a participant does not comply with the agreed rules, ALIST SKIN reserves the absolute right to manage the situation and resolve any issues to ensure the trip proceeds smoothly, without any compensation in any case.

• The company is not responsible for damages caused by airlines, natural disasters, revolutions, or other events beyond the company's control, nor for additional expenses incurred directly or indirectly, such as illness, assault, loss, delay, or accidents.

• The company reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and benefits without prior notice.

Details and Rules for Lucky Fan Exclusive Video Call on September 16, 2024, at 4:00 PM:

• The Exclusive Video Call activity will take place on September 16, 2024, at approximately 4:00 PM. One lucky fan will have the opportunity to video call with Anda-Lookkaew for 2 minutes. The calls will be arranged in order from names 1 to 5.

• The video call activity will begin at 4:00 PM and proceed in order. If there is no response after two contact attempts, another attempt will be made after completing calls with all other lucky winners. If contact is still not successful, the right to participate will be forfeited.

• The exclusive video call will be held on September 16, 2024, at 4:00 PM through channels specified and operated solely by the company.

• Before starting the activity, the lucky winner's personal information for the video call will be requested/confirmed. Please prepare your ID card and/or passport for verification.

• The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

• ALIST SKIN I Beach You x Anda-Lookkeaw将于2024年9月16日至17日在巴蜀府华欣举行，为期2天1夜。

• 由ALIST SKIN团队提供的汽车进行旅行，起点和终点均在曼谷。行程，包括旅行和休息时间，将由团队确定并通知。

• 住宿将在碧武里府七岩区的一家酒店提供1晚。

• 旅行期间严禁携带任何种类的相机，包括宝丽来相机、摄影机、MP3播放器、平板电脑以及任何可以拍摄或录制图像或声音的摄影配件。

• 参与者仅允许携带尺寸不超过7英寸的手机。

• 奖品不可兑换现金，权益不可转让或更改。如果中奖者无法旅行，权益将被视为放弃。

• 公司保留在不可抗力事件发生时更改某些旅行细节的权利。

• 独家视频通话活动将于2024年9月16日举行，大约在下午16:00（曼谷时间）。一位幸运粉丝将获得与Anda和Lookkaew进行2分钟视频通话的机会。通话将按名单顺序从第一位到第五位进行。

• 视频通话活动将于下午16:00（曼谷时间）开始。如果两次联系尝试后没有回应，在联系所有其他幸运获奖者后将进行第三次尝试。如果仍无法联系，权利将被视为放弃。

• 独家视频通话将于2024年9月16日下午4点通过公司指定和运营的渠道举行。
